Personal Data Processing Policy
This Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) is issued and applied by Individual Entrepreneur Yulia Igorevna Prince (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”) in accordance with Clause 2, Part 1, Article 18.1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data”.
1. General Provisions
1.1. This Policy explains the procedure for collecting, storing, and protecting the personal data of Clients who have decided to use the Operator’s services.
1.2. Clients consent to the processing of their personal data in accordance with this Policy by checking the “I Agree” checkbox, as well as when registering a Personal Account on the Operator’s Website.
1.3. Please read this Policy carefully. It will help you understand its scope and make an informed decision regarding the provision of your Personal Data. If the Client does not agree with these terms, the Client must refrain from using the services provided by the Operator.
1.4. This Policy may be amended, replaced, or removed at any time without prior notice. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to obtain the latest information regarding the Operator’s Policy.
2. Categories of Data Subjects Whose Personal Data Is Processed
2.1. Clients who have contractual relations with the Operator and their legal representatives.
3. Purposes of Processing Clients’ Personal Data
The Operator processes Clients’ personal data for the following purposes:
3.1. To provide services in accordance with the agreement concluded between the Operator and the Client;
3.2. To communicate with the Client, including sending notifications regarding the provision of services and processing requests and applications submitted by the Client.
4. Categories of Personal Data Processed by the Operator
4.1. For the purposes specified in this Policy, the Operator processes the following categories of Clients’ personal data:
surname, first name, and patronymic;
email address;
mobile phone number.
5. Methods and Conditions for Processing Clients’ Personal Data
5.1. The Operator processes Clients’ personal data using both automated and non-automated means.
5.2. Clients’ personal information shall remain confidential, except where the Client voluntarily provides information about themselves for public access by an unlimited number of persons.
5.3. The Operator discloses information about Clients to third parties solely where it is required to do so under applicable law, in response to requests from government authorities, in connection with litigation, a court order, or judicial proceedings.
5.4. The processing, including storage, of Clients’ personal data shall continue until the Client discontinues the use of the Operator’s services.
5.5. If the Client discontinues the use of the Operator’s services, the Client’s personal data shall be deleted by destroying the Client’s account, after which the account cannot be restored.
6. Personal Data Security
6.1. The Operator takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the Client’s personal information from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions by third parties. The Operator follows generally accepted industry standards to protect personal information provided to it at all stages of personal data processing.
6.2. In accordance with Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data”, the Operator independently determines the composition and list of measures necessary and sufficient to ensure compliance with the obligations established by personal data legislation.
6.3. Personal data protection is ensured through:
6.3.1. Appointing a person responsible for the processing and protection of personal data;
6.3.2. Approving this Policy;
6.3.3. Organizing access by the Operator’s employees to information containing Clients’ personal data in accordance with their official (functional) duties.
6.4. The Client may protect their personal data by withdrawing their consent to the processing of their personal data or by using other methods provided for by law.
6.5. The Operator and the Client shall take all necessary measures to prevent losses or other adverse consequences resulting from the loss or disclosure of the Client’s personal data.
6.6. In the event of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Operator shall inform the Client of such loss or disclosure.
7. Liability of the Parties
7.1. If the Operator fails to fulfil its obligations, it shall be liable for losses incurred by the Client as a result of the unlawful use of personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
7.2. In the event of loss or disclosure of confidential information, the Operator shall not be liable if such confidential information:
7.2.1. Became publicly available before its loss or disclosure;
7.2.2. Was disclosed with the Client’s consent.
8. Additional Terms
8.1. The Operator has the right to amend this Personal Data Processing Policy without the Client’s consent.
8.2. The new version of the Policy shall enter into force from the moment it is published on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.
